Field Rules & Safety
Dogs must be supervised at all times during your booking slot
All dog waste must be collected and disposed of in the bins provided
Dogs showing aggressive behavior must be removed immediately
The secure gates must be kept closed at all times
Clients must vacate the field promptly at the end of their booking
Maximum number of dogs per booking must be adhered to
A maximum ratio of 3 dogs per 1 adult applies, with up to 6 dogs per booking.
Do not allow dogs to dig holes. If they do, please refill them using the soil and bucket provided.
Please do not leave cigarette butts or other rubbish – take it home with you.
Arrival and Parking Policy
Clients must not arrive more than 5 minutes before their allotted booking time.
If you arrive earlier than this, please park at the top of the street and wait until:
- The designated parking space is clear, ensuring there is no crossover between dogs and to maintain a safe environment for all users; and
- You are able to park in the designated parking area without blocking the public footpath or neighbouring access.
Reporting Issues or Hazards
If you notice any issues, hazards, or uncollected dog waste during your session, please report this immediately to management.
Use Orange Cones to Mark Hazards
To assist in locating and resolving the issue promptly, please use the orange cones provided to mark the area of concern.
This helps ensure the field remains clean, safe, and enjoyable for all users and their dogs.
Health & Safety Requirements
All dogs using our facilities must:
- Be up to date with vaccinations (Parvovirus, Distemper, Leptospirosis, and Infectious Canine Hepatitis)
- Be treated for fleas and worms regularly
- Not show signs of infectious disease
- Be wearing a collar with identification
Seasonal Weather Conditions
Please take extra care when accessing and using the field during seasonal weather conditions. The public footpath leading down to the field, as well as the field itself, may become muddy, slippery, icy, snowy, uneven, or excessively hot depending on the time of year and recent weather.
By entering the area, users accept responsibility for their own safety and that of their dogs, and should exercise appropriate caution at all times.

Use of the field is entirely at your own risk.
The management accepts no responsibility for:
- Injury or death of any person or dog.
- Damage to property.
- Losses, claims, costs, or expenses incurred on site.
You are responsible for the behaviour and actions of yourself, your dog(s), and any guests in your party.
You are liable for any damage caused by you, your dog(s), or your party inside or outside the field.
All dogs must be covered by third-party (public liability) insurance, usually included in pet insurance.
We are not liable for injuries caused to people or animals by dogs on our land.
Booking & Access
- Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds are not available.
- You may reschedule online (same field only) or contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or text for assistance.
- By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receiving occasional updates and notices by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- You will receive a text message with a gate code to access the field. Please keep this code confidential.
